Love is All You Need

The sixties saw the epicenter of pop culture moving away from the United States. European comic artists adopted the brash sixties style, heralding a grand revival of the form. Lushly produced albums, seductive yet assertive heroines, and a new determination to experiment, all led to a notable improvement in the quality of European comics and the creation of a faithful mass of adult followers. The film includes interviews with Jean Claude Forest, Jean Michel Charlier and Ibañez, and features James Bond, Modesty Blaise, Barbarella, Asterix, Blueberry and Mort Cinder.
